Mary is an Advanced Facilitator of Dr. Sue Morter’s Energy Codes® work. In addition, Mary is licensed both as a psychotherapist and life coach. She began her training in the Energy Codes® embodiment practices with Dr. Sue Morter five and a half years ago. Additionally, she became a certified yoga instructor two years ago as part of her energetic transformation from a “mental body” approach employed as a psychotherapist with its focus on figuring out solutions to problems into a more holistic embracing of wellbeing. Mary teaches two community yoga classes weekly to adults choosing to flourish and live vibrantly.
