Robert Fleming has practiced elder law in Tucson, Arizona, since 1976. He has been active in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and the Special Needs Alliance, among other organizations. He is a frequent lecturer on issues involving the legal representation of seniors, those with disabilities, and family members of both.
